DNV's experts presented to SSTI's designers the most common features of Common Structure Rule (CSR) as well as method of using Naticus software for calculating bulk carriers and oil tankers

according to DNV rules.Under the direct guidance of DNV's experts, the designers had opportunities

to be trained in designing large vessels, supported by computer software. This 54,000 dwt bulk carrier should be the largest vessel ever designed in Vietnam. The construction of the vessel is scheduled to be started in the fourth quarter of 2006 and be delivered to the owner in the fourth quarter 2007.
